CHARLOTTE — Wide receiver Xavier Legette is inactive for today’s home opener against the Falcons.
Legette was limited in practice this week with a hamstring issue and was listed as questionable on Friday’s injury report.
In his absence, David Moore is expected to start at wide receiver.
