WWE will return to pay-per-view (PPV), Peacock, and Netflix tonight (Sat., Aug. 2, 2025) with the biggest party of the summer and one of its biggest shows of the year, SummerSlam, from MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
This time, they’re getting going nice and early in the day with an exceptionally long Countdown show leading into the main PPV portion of the broadcast.
The event will get rolling at 3:00 pm ET with the free Countdown show, which runs for three hours on YouTube, WWE.com, and various other social media outlets. That leads right on into the PPV at 6 pm ET, which you can stream from a number of devices if you have a subscription to Peacock in the United States and WWE Network everywhere else.
