The Ryder Cup opening ceremony has been moved.
The event will take place at 4 p.m. on Wednesday. It was originally scheduled for Thursday, but was moved up because of inclement weather in the forecast, the PGA of America announced Tuesday afternoon.

Tickets for the Thursday practice round session will be honored on both Wednesday and Thursday.
U.S. captain Keegan Bradley and European captain Luke Donald will announce the Friday morning foursomes pairings at 4 p.m. Thursday.
