Lori Loughlin could stand to get nothing in her divorce from Mossimo Giannulli, according to their original prenup.

As their split continues to get messy, with rumored new romances and allegedly “incriminating texts,” insiders are revealing what an upcoming divorce could look like for the exes.

TMZ reports that a prenuptial agreement that Loughlin signed when she married Giannulli in 1997 provides their assets are separate property, meaning she may not have a claim over the fashion designer’s fortune.

Giannulli is estimated to have a net worth of $80 million from his fashion empire. Giannulli is best known for founding his mid-range fashion brand Mossimo, which once had a value of $275 million, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Mossimo also had a lucrative licensing deal with Target. Giannulli sold the brand in 2006.

Loughlin, however, isn’t exactly struggling after her lengthy career as an actress and producer. While Celebrity Net Worth lists her net worth $80 million when combined with Giannulli, Loughlin has her own income from decades of work on shows like Fuller House, Summerland and When Calls the Heart.

Loughlin and Giannulli’s finances did take a hit in 2019 when they were implicated in the college admissions scandal and accused of paying accused of paying $500,000 to get their daughters into the University of Southern California.

In 2020, they pleaded guilty to wire and mail fraud. Loughlin spent two months in jail and was ordered to pay a $150,000 fine and complete 150 hours of community service. Giannulli served a five-month sentence and paid a $250,000 fine and did 250 hours of community service.

Though the pair put on a united front at the time, it now seems like there may have been issues behind the scenes. Loughlin’s longtime friend and Full House co-star John Stamos shared a scathing criticism of his friend’s ex during an October 20 appearance on the Good Guys podcast, calling him a “terrible narcissist.”

“I said, ‘Look, all the negativity or hard hardships that you’ve been through in your life is connected to this guy,’” Stamos said. “Whatever he did to her, it busted her up to the core. She put up with a lot over the years with this guy… I mean, I know a lot, and I was by her side through a lot of it. She is an angel, and she always made things better. She cleaned everything up.”
