Auroch Digital has just announced Warhammer Survivors, a new Rogue-Like Survivors game created with the blessing of both Warhammer and Poncle (Vampire Survivors). It’s set to release sometime in 2026.
The game, much like Vampire Survivors, will feature endless hordes of Warhammer enemies, which you must take down with a variety of weapons and playable characters. You’ll be able to choose between the grimdark universe of Warhammer 40k, or the fantastical Warhammer: Age of Sigmar, each with their own unlocks to pursue.
40K characters revealed include Malum Caedo from another beloved Auroch Digital Warhammer game, Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun. There’s also Cadian soldier Trooper Kozlowski, as well as Space Marine Intercessor Brother Luca. Warhammer: Age of Sigmar fans can look forward to playing Neave Blacktalon, Gotrek Gurnisson, and Sharynn Azurwrath.
There are some fun Easter eggs in there too for Warhammer fans, including Nuln Oil paint (a trusty Warhammer shade paint handy for pretty much everything) which will seemingly be an item you can use to fend off encroaching enemies. There’s apparently going to be a vast roster of similar treats for fans of the franchise, so keep an eye out.
The game is available on Steam, and can be wishlisted now. There’s no word on when exactly in 2026 it’ll be released, but more announcements regarding Warhammer Survivors are on the way, so it’s certainly worth keeping tabs on in the coming months.
