Travis Kelce Describes Falling in Love With Taylor Swift

Travis Kelce knows what the cynics might think of his relationship with Taylor Swift — two of the most famous people in America just happen to match up perfectly? But no, it’s not some backdoor business deal. According to the Chiefs tight end, their relationship is completely normal. “When there is not a camera on us, we’re just two people that are in love,” Kelce told GQ in an interview published August 12, the same day Swift announced her upcoming album, The Life of a Showgirl, on his podcast, New Heights. “It can be perceived as something else because of how much it is talked about and how much we are tracked whenever we do go out, but I would say that it’s as normal of…. It happened very organically even though from a media standpoint it was being tracked. It still happened very organically.”

Need more proof? Kelce says the alternative is just not in his nature. “Nothing I’ve ever done has been a controlled, organized process,” he claimed. “When I say it was so organic, we fell in love just based off the people we were sitting in a room together with. We are two fun-loving people who have the morals to appreciate everyone for who they are. We share all those values. It kind of just took the fuck off.” All the way to a record-breaking tour, movie roles, and, oh yeah, New Heights.
