The Week 7 HOH names their 3 nominees

Gold Derby is serving up Big Brother 27 spoilers all summer long. Read at your own risk!

Hours after winning the iconic Wall competition, new Head of Household Vince Panaro named his three nominees for eviction. Amazingly, the Week 7 HOH decided not to put his one-time archenemy Rachel Reilly on the block, despite her just nominating him last week. (Vince was ultimately saved by Lauren Domingue‘s Veto medallion, which subsequently made Lauren a new target for Rachel.)

Instead of Rachel, Vince has nominated Ava Pearl, Kelley Jorgensen, and Mickey Lee for eviction. It’s Ava’s first time on the chopping block, Kelley’s fifth, and Mickey’s second. Rachel, the undisputed BB Queen, has still never sat in a danger seat, despite coming in with a huge target on her back after winning Season 13.

On paper, it makes sense why Rachel was spared from Vince’s wrath. Just days ago, they created a new alliance called the “Judges,” alongside Morgan Pope, Will Williams, and Ashley Hollis. At the time, fans wondered just how real this alliance was, but the fact that Vince kept the entire group safe speaks volumes. Clearly, this Big Brother game is changing on a dime, and we’re here for it.

Vince nominating Kelley is likely to cause some major tears in the house. They created a final two deal way back in Week 1, something that Kelley reminded him of recently. The only problem? Vince had completely forgotten about the deal — whoopsie! Apparently, the unemployed California native was too busy setting up final twos with other people — Morgan, Lauren, Keanu Soto, and the recently evicted Rylie Jeffries — to remember his alliance with poor Kelley.

On the live feeds, Vince was seen debating about whether to nominate Katherine Woodman this week. He ultimately decided not to touch her, possibly because she’s been an emotional wreck ever since her showmance partner Rylie was evicted from the house on Thursday. (Rylie did not do any exit press because of a “scheduling conflict,” claims CBS.)

So, who will be sent packing at the end of Week 7: Ava, Kelley, or Mickey? Or, will the Power of Veto and/or the Block Buster throw a wrench into Vince’s plans? Stay tuned. The HOH comp and the nominations ceremony will be shown Sunday night on CBS.
