The Washington Commanders release unofficial 2025 NFL depth chart

The Washington Commanders released an unofficial depth chart before the first preseason game, and have dropped an updated unofficial depth chart before their home game on Monday Night Football against the Cincinnati Bengals. These lists are released every year and coaches claim they have no input on them.

This is the second season with Adam Peters as general manager and Dan Quinn as head coach. It’s also the second full offseason under the new ownership group led by managing partner Josh Harris.

There aren’t many changes from the first unofficial depth chart, and the majority of them are on defense/special teams. Washington has been holding multiple free agent tryouts since losing to the Patriots 48-18 in the first preseason game. Dan Quinn said that performance wasn’t up to their standards, and the changes came shortly after. The Commanders have made 11 roster moves since Week 1, and will be looking for a better performance all around in front of their home crowd Monday night.
