It has been 27 years since the Jets started a season with two losses and reached the playoffs. That one ended with Aaron Glenn and Bill Parcells falling one win short of the Super Bowl.
The winless have hope, even if just 12.2 percent of teams that have started 0-2 have made the postseason since 1990. Last season, three teams (Ravens, Rams, Broncos) reached the playoffs after dropping their first two games.
