One of fall’s hottest colors? Chocolate brown—and Taylor Swift co-signs the trend.
Swift traded Kansas City for New York City on October 30 in head-to-toe brown, her engagement ring from Travis Kelce on full display as she grabbed dinner at Chez Margaux, an exclusive members-only club in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District. The singer wore a $3,000 Magda Butyrm leather bomber jacket, knee-high suede boots, and a brown sweater minidress for her NYC night out and carried on her arm her Louis Vuitton Camera Box bag. She completed the look with a fishtail braid, hoop earrings, a watch, and a sparkly manicure to match the diamond on her left hand. She wore an orange lip, perhaps a nod to her latest record, The Life of a Showgirl, which dropped earlier this month; orange was a part of the album’s color scheme.

While she was clad in monochrome brown on Thursday, earlier this week Swift wore monochrome red to cheer on Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs on their October 27 Monday Night Football game at Arrowhead Stadium. Though Swift is maintaining a noticeably lower profile at Chiefs games this season, she was still spotted by fans who, in turn, shared photos and videos to X. Her ensemble Monday included a $550 Courrèges sweater and a matching $650 Courrèges skirt, knee-high red boots, and a red bag.

On Monday, Kelce made history as he celebrated his 83rd career touchdown, tying with Priest Holmes for the Chiefs’ all-time leader in touchdowns. To mark the moment, Kelce sweetly looked up at the suite where Swift was watching the game with Brittany Mahomes and did a bit of the choreography from Swift’s “The Fate of Ophelia” music video.

Unbelievably, the holiday season will soon be upon us—and it will mark Swift and Kelce’s first since they got engaged in August. How do they plan to celebrate? In a stress-free way, for starters.
“It will be very low-key, family-centric, and [won’t involve any] major travel,” a source told Us Weekly.

The couple are planning to split time between their respective families, and Kelce will be at work, as the Chiefs have games on both Thanksgiving and Christmas.
“Travis fits right in with her family, and Taylor adores [his mom] Donna,” the insider shared. “They talk all the time.”

“They make sure to see both sides as often as they can,” the source added of Swift and Kelce. “They are super family-oriented, and they have always loved that about one another.”
They might even sneak in a little time for wedding planning, as both are very “involved, and Taylor thinks it’s cute that Travis wants to help,” an insider told Us Weekly.
