As the countdown to Taylor Swift‘s 12th studio album continues, the “Love Story” singer has given fans yet another morsel of content from The Life of a Showgirl. Taking to Instagram to announce a new limited “shimmer pink” vinyl edition of the forthcoming album, Swift simultaneously unveiled a new image of her posing in a pink corset, tiny black shorts, and basically nothing else.
“A showgirl knows to save some of her best tricks for the grand finale…,” she wrote. “The Life of a Showgirl: The Crowd is Your King Edition on Summertime Spritz Pink Shimmer Vinyl is available to pre-order now exclusively at @target while supplies last ❤️🔥.”
Swift’s pale pink corset was trimmed in jewels, cinched at the waist, and slightly longer in the back. As for accessories, she wore an appropriately extravagant headpiece that was also jeweled and feathered. In her left hand, the Red singer held—what else?—The Life of a Showgirl.

Swift announced her forthcoming album several weeks ago during an appearance on Travis and Jason Kelce’s “New Heights” podcast. In the episode, the Lover singer asks the duo, “Can I show you something?” To which Jason replies, “Okay, what do we got? We got a briefcase? Mint green, with T.S. on it.”
“Yep,” Swift responded, to which Jason asked, “What’s in it?”
“This is my brand new album, The Life of a Showgirl,” Swift says. Travis, in response, cheers, “TS 12!”

The very next day, Swift shared the track list and release date of the new album. “And, baby, that’s show business for you. New album The Life of a Showgirl. Out October 3 ❤️🔥,” she wrote on Instagram.
