Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs hanging with former first round NBA draft pick in prison

Celebrities hang out with celebrities. Even in prison.

For evidence, look no further than who is apparently chumming it up behind bars. According to TMZ, former rapper and record producer Sean “Diddy” Combs was spotted talking to former NBA player Sebastian Telfair this week.

Telfair, 40, was once considered a basketball phenom close to the level of LeBron James.

He was drafted in the first round of the 2004 NBA Draft and played for eight different NBA teams before playing in China to end his career.

Both Combs and Telfair, New York City natives, are incarcerated at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey.

Combs is serving a 50-month sentence for transportation to engage in prostitution while Telfair is serving a six-month sentence for violating the conditions of his supervised release in a healthcare fraud case.

Ironically, both men are seeking pardons from President Donald Trump.

According to Page Six, Diddy was seen smiling during the exhange in the prison yard over the weekend.

“His pearly whites were on display on top of his gray beard as he chatted with a group of men out on the prison yard,” the outlet reported.

“At one point, he even shook one of the guys’ hands as if they’ were happy to be making acquaintance with the Grammy winner.
