A new leak has now revealed Samsung’s plans for its upcoming premium smartphones and tablets. The Galaxy Tab S11 and Galaxy S26 series will debut over the next eight months and both appear to be missing their mid-tier models.

After unveiling its new foldables at Unpacked last week, Samsung’s next flagship devices will be the Galaxy S26 and Galaxy Tab S11 series, and a new leak has now provided some clarity on what to expect from both lineups when they debut.

As shared by Setsuna Digital, it appears the Samsung Galaxy S26 Plus is now dead and buried. Previous reports on the matter indicated Samsung was unsure of a decision but it now seems the Galaxy S25 Plus may go down as the last Plus model. In place of the Galaxy S26 Plus will be Samsung’s second-gen thin phone, the Galaxy S26 Edge. It’s unclear whether the S26 Edge will launch alongside the other Galaxy S26 series phones—or months later, like the Galaxy S25 Edge

On the tablet side, the Galaxy Tab S11 is said to be eschewing a Plus model as well. While last year’s Galaxy Tab S10 series solely offered the Tab S10 Plus and Tab S10 Ultra, it’s rumored that Samsung will present just the compact, vanilla Galaxy Tab S11 and the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra this time out. Both tablets are expected to be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400+ chipset. The source also lists the Galaxy Tab S11 Lite, although it’s unknown when that tablet will debut, seeing as the Tab S10 Lite has yet to be released.
