The ROH Death Before Dishonor Zero Hour Pre-Show opens up with commentary welcoming us and we get the entrances of the first match of the pre-show.
Singles Match: Jay Lethal vs. Jordan Oliver
The match starts off with the code of honor being adhered to. Both men then lock up and move to some mat work. Both men then run the ropes and Lethal gets a hip toss and follows it up with a drop kick. Lethal then gets a chance to strut and Oliver hits an STO while Lethal is strutting. Oliver then mocks Lethal with a strut. Oliver then lays in some chops and Lethal reverses it and does the same. Oliver then gets a leap into Lethal as they run the ropes for two.
Lethal then lays in some strikes and a front face lock. Lethal then pulls Oliver up a bit and Oliver escapes and both men trade quick holds. Lethal then ends it with a snap suplex. Oliver then chops Lethal to the corner. Lethal is is sent to the corner and he goes up and over with a strut. Both men then trade quick two counts and Lethal goes for the Lethal Injection, but Oliver kicks Lethal in the back and hits him with a German suplex with a bridge for two. Lethal then hits Oliver with a back body drop and goes to the top. Oliver then joins Lethal there and they fight on the top. Lethal then drops Oliver to the mat face first and then leaps off the top, but Oliver grabs Lethal into a rollup for two. Lethal then cinches in a figure four and Oliver has to tap out after Lethal pulls him back from the ropes.

We then see The Von Erichs and Sammy Guevara outside with Lexy Nair. They then hype up their respective matches for tonight’s pay-per-view. Guevara then teases his tag team partner for tonight’s pay-per-view and he uses the term break the walls down, implying that Chris Jericho could possibly return.
We then get the entrances of the next match of the pre-show.
3-Way Tag Team Match: MxM Collection (Mansoor and Mason Madden) vs. Frat House (Griff Garrison and Cole Karter) vs. Dark Order (John Silver and Alex Reynolds)
The match starts off with Reynolds and Garrison and Silver quickly jumps in for a Dark Order double team. Karter then gets a blind tag to reverse the double team, but when they pose, MxM jumps in to one-up their poses. Everyone then runs outside the ring and John Silver takes out all the pledges. When he gets back in the ring, he faces Mansoor. Mansoor then grabs the Frat House’s initiation paddle and spanks Jameson with it. Reynolds and Karter then holds down the fort.
Everyone is then blocking the finishers. Dark Order then has Mansoor pinned, but the referee doesn’t see it. TV then sprays some perfume into Reynolds’ face and that allows Mansoor to reverse the pin and get the win.

We then head to the back, where Lexy Nair congratulates Jay Lethal on his win earlier. They are then interrupted by Blake Christian and Lee Johnson, who reminds Lethal that Christian beat him at Supercard of Honor.
QT Marshall is then shown arriving at the arena with Aaron Solo. He then runs down Paul Walter Hauser, who is arriving at the same time on the other side of the parking garage. Hauser then says he is angry and he is going to take it out on Marshall.
We then get the entrances of the next match of the pre-show.
Pure Rules Match: Billie Starkz vs. Ashley Vox
The match starts off with both women locking up. Starkz is then forced to use her first rope break at 7:42 as she and Vox tussles. Starkz then stomps on Vox in the corner and hits a knee to her face. Vox then keeps up with Starkz until Starkz hits a satellite DDT and goes up for a swan dive. Vox then slides out of the way and hits a rolling headscissor.
Vox then fish hooks Starkz and forces her to use her second rope break. That then pisses Starkz off and goads her into using a closed fist at 4:15. Starkz then hits a massive Last Shot backbreaker and gets the pin on Vox.

$50,000 4-Way Fight: La Facción Ingobernable’s Dralistico vs. Adam Priest vs. Spanish Announce Project’s Angelico vs. AR Fox
The match starts off with Dralistico and Priest rolling out of the ring and Angelico and Fox dives and lands on them. Angelico and Fox then wrestles in the ring, while the other two watches. Angelico then has Fox in a submission, but Dralistico breaks it up. Priest then goes after Angelico, who cinches in a bridged figure four but it is broken up once again by Dralistico. He and Priest then take turns hitting some chops on Angelico in the corner. Fox then hits a springboard on Dralistico and Priest, taking them both out.
Fox then takes on Dralistico and Priest two-on-one and manages to keep them both off their feet. He then keeps himself off his feet by diving through the ropes onto them. He then hits a cutter on Angelico and sends him into the ring. Fox then walks the barricade and hits a big leg drop onAngelico on the ring apron. Dralistico then gets involved and holds Fox so Priest can rip his leg out form underneath him. Priest then hits a superplex off the second rope on Fox, but couldn’t get a pin.
Dralistico then hits a big swanton on Priest, but he also couldn’t get a pin. Fox then steps up to Dralistico, trading chops and slaps with him. Dralistico then hits a springboard destroyer, but Angelico breaks up the pin attempt. Dralistico then goes up top for a big codebreaker and gets the pin on Angelico to pick up the win.

ROH Death Before Dishonor Results (8/29/2025): Live Match Updates and Highlights
ROH Death Before Dishonor opens up with a video package. Ian Riccaboni and Caprice Coleman then welcomes us to the show and we get the entrances of the first match of the PPV.
Tag Team Match: The Conglomeration (“The Stone Pitbull” Tomohiro Ishii and Hologram) vs. The Premier Athletes (Ariya Daivari and Tony Nese)
The match starts off with Daivari and Ishii and Ishii stops Daivari’s attempts to get him off his feet. Daivari then slaps Ishii’s head, which made Ishii angry. He then hits a dozen chops and sends Daivari across the ring. Daivari then reaches for a tag, but Nese refuses, not wanting to take on Ishii. Nese then enters the match to face off against Hologram and sends him into the corner. Nese then hits a double dropkick, but Hologram goes up top. Nese then moves and both men hit dueling crossbodies. Sterling then gets up on the apron to cause a distraction, allowing Daivari to hit a Carpet Ride on Hologram for a two count.
Hologram then finds himself in the Athletes’ corner, while Daivari and Nese tags in and out, applying various holds on him. Hologram then has a pin on Nese, but the referee is distracted talking with Ishii and misses it. This then allows Daivari to deliver more punishment with the help of Sterling. The double team then continues, with Ishii powerless to stop it. Hologram then finally makes the tag to Ishii, who leaps in and clears house, taking out Daivari and Nese. Ishii then begins chopping and punching Nese in the corner before hitting a side slam.
Hologram then jumps in to help his partner and both men hit stereo suplexes on the Athletes. Ishii then lifts Nese for a brainbuster, but Nese kicks out at two. Nese then hits a spinning heel kick that knocks Ishii off his feet for the first time. Hologram then hits a big springboard to give him a chance to recover. Nese then grabs Hologram for a piledriver, but Hologram kicks out. Hologram then dodges an attack by Daivari, who hits Sterling by mistake. Hologram then dives out of the ring repeatedly taking out the Athletes left and right. Ishii then hits Nese with a spiked brainbuster for the win.

ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship Match: The Sons of Texas (“The Spanish God” Sammy Guevara, Ross Von Erich and Marshall Von Erich) (c) vs. Shane Taylor Promotions (Shane Taylor, Carlie Bravo and “Captain” Shawn Dean)
The match starts off with Bravo and Sammy and when Sammy takes a shot at Dean, Bravo stomps him down and all three of STP work over Sammy in their corner. Sammy and Bravo then run the ropes and Sammy hits a drop kick. Sammy then hits a snap suplex for a one count. Ross then tags in and works over Bravo in the corners. Ross then runs into a big boot and drop kicks Bravo when Bravo tries to follow up. Ross and Marshall then drop kick Taylor and Dean off the apron.
Ross and Marshall then double team Bravo, but when Marshall gets out of the ring Bravo and Dean are able to double team Ross. Ross then gets worked over with quick tags by STP. Ross is finally able to kick off Bravo and tag in Marshall. Marshall then starts to run wild on Dean and gets a two count.
Ross is then sent to the floor, where Taylor tosses him into the steel steps. Marshall then hits a clothesline on Dean and both men are down. Sammy then gets the hot tag and cleans house. The crowd is cheering STP and is all over Sammy. Sammy then tries to hit a dive on Bravo, who is held by Marshall but Bravo gets out of the way. Sammy then leaps on Dean in the ring, but they catch him with a double team move. Taylor then nails Sammy. Bravo and Dean then hit their finisher on Sammy for the pin and the win.

ROH Women’s Pure Championship Tournament Quarterfinal Round Match: Taya Valkyrie vs. Queen Aminata
The match starts off with both women locking up. Aminata then forces Valkyrie to her first rope break at 9:45. Aminata then shoves Valkyrie into the ropes, causing her to use her second rope break at 9:00. Aminata then controls things from there, using her cache of butt-based offense to put Valkyrie on the mat. Aminata then sends Valkyrie into the corner, but Valkyrie moves and hits a kick to the head. Valkyrie then follows it up with a german suplex. Valkyrie then works Aminata’s knee around the ringpost.
Valkyrie then drops her leg on Aminata’s throat on the ring apron and begins mocking her. Aminata then comes back swinging, but Valkyrie hits a sit-out powerbomb. Valkyrie then tries to get Aminata up in a surfboard, but modifies it into a chicken wing and forces Aminata to use her first rope break at 4:19. Both women then trade punches until Aminata slaps Valkyrie’s chest, setting her up for several more. Aminata then hit a snapmare. Valkyrie is then forced to use her last rope break. Valkyrie then tries to get Aminata up, but she reverses it into an Armbar. Valkyrie then goes for the ropes, but she has no breaks left. Aminata then head butts Valkyrie out of nowhere for the win.

After the match, Deonna Purrazzo makes her way down to the ring and gets into Aminata’s face.
We then head to the back, where Lexy Nair asks Sammy Guevara about his mystery partner for the ROH World Tag Team Championship Match.

Tag Team Match: The Swirl (Blake Christian and Lee Johnson) vs. The Kingdom (Matt Taven and Mike Bennett)
The match starts off with all four men brawling. Taven and Johnson are then legal in the ring and Bennett tags in and hits some chops on Johnson in the corner. Christian then tries to intervene, but Bennett does the same thing to him. Bennett then goes for an elbow, but Christian pulls Johnson out of the way. Johnson then hangs Bennett up on the barricade and Christian hits a big splash onto him from the ring apron. Jay Lethal is then shown watching the match from a backstage monitor.
Johnson and Christian then has Bennett isolated and are tagging in and out to beat him senseless. Bennett then kicks off Christian and gets a tag to Taven, who ducks a clothesline and hits a back body drop on Johnson. He then tries a springboard, but Christian rolls away. Bennett then tags back in and so does Johnson. Both men then works through a series of pinning combinations, but neither man gets a three count. Christian then jumps on Taven’s back and Johnson does the same on Bennett, trying to get sleepers. The Kingdom then hit stereo proton packs.
Taven and Johnson are the legal man and Johnson gets Taven up on his shoulders and hits a spicolli driver. He then follows it up with a splash. Taven then tries a quick rollup, but Christian locks in a Vanilla Choke. Johnson then holds Bennett, but Bennett reverses it into a death valley driver onto Christian before Taven can tap. Christian then gets caught by Bennett in a spicolli driver and Taven hits Just the Tip, but Christian rolls out before he can be pinned. They then hit a Spicolli driver/stomp combo on Bennett on the outside before facing Taven. Taven then hits some superkicks, but Christian hits a low blow behind the referee’s back. Christian then hits another Spicolli driver for the win.

ROH Pure Championship Match: Shane Taylor Promotions’ “Taiga Style” Lee Moriarty (c) vs. Xelhua
The match starts off with both men locking up and going toward the ropes and fighting not to get in the ropes for a rope break. Xelhua then gets a cross leg surfboard and Lee has to go to the ropes for his first rope break. Both men trade waist and arm locks. Both men then get a knuckle lock and Xelhua trips Lee and gets a head scissor. Lee then stands up and Xelhua gets a spin, which sends Lee to the mat. Lee then hits an arm drag to get some space. Both men then trade arm bars with Lee going for the fingers. They then tie up arms and go toward the ropes. Both men then break and Xelhua hits a fist to the face and gets a warning. Lee then hits a leap frog over the referee for a drop kick. Lee then stomps down Xelhua in the corner and they run the ropes and leap into each other. Xelhua then hits a tilt a whirl backbreaker for a two count. Lee then hits a drop toe hold into the turnbuckle.
Lee then hits a drop kick on Xelhua’s arm for a two count. He then cinches in an arm bar and snaps the fingers. Lee then goes after the legs and cinches in an arm bar and Xelhua uses his first rope break. Both men then brawl on the floor, with Lee still working over the arm. Lee then hits a series of chops and rolls into the ring. Lee then hits a baseball slide on Xelhua. Xelhua then returns to the ring, where Lee goes back to working over the arm and hand. Lee then covers for a two count. Xelhua then gets a small package for a two count and Lee drop kicks him to the floor. Lee then. hits a shoulder block twice. Xelhua then grabs Lee and hits a straightjacket into a juju gatame on the floor. Xelhua then enters the ring and Lee snaps his arm over the top rope. Lee then cinches in a Border City Stretch and Xelhua uses his second rope break.
Lee then dodges a splash in the corner. Xelhua then hits a vertical stalling suplex and both men are down. Xelhua then hits some chops. Xelhua then hits a heart punch as both men run the ropes and goes to the top. He then hits a flying cross body for a two count. He then cinches in a cross-legged hammer lock submission. Lee then gets a toe on the ropes for his second rope break. Lee then hits a spinning arm snap and sends Xelhua to the corner. Lee then hits a slam into a rollup for a two count. Lee then hits a face plant on Xelhua for a two count, with Xelhua using his final rope break. Lee then cinches in a Border City Stretch and Xelhua rolls on his back for two. Xelhua then hits a floating backbreaker and a guillotine drop for two a count. Xelhua and Lee then roll back and forth for two counts. Lee then cinches in an octopus hold. Lee then lets go of the hold and cinches in another submission in the ropes and Xelhua taps out.

Fight Without Honor: QT Marshall vs. Paul Walter Hauser
The match starts off with both men locking up. Marshall then cinches in a headlock and Hauser is able to reverse it for a scoop slam. Hauser then hits an atomic drop and a side russian leg sweep, causing Marshall to scramble from the ring. Hauser then hits a cannonball from the ring apron. Hauser then goes underneath and pulls out a table. Marshall then throws a chair at Hauser, but he ducks it and shoves the table into Marshall’s gut. He then tries to suplex Marshall through the table, but Marshall reverses it. Hauser then reverses that and suplexes Marshall on the floor before sending him back into the ring.
Hauser then goes underneath the ring again and pulls out a ladder. Before he can put it in the ring, Marshall sends it into his face with a baseball slide. Marshall then sets the Ladder up in the corner and Hauser climbs into the ring and starts punching. Marshall then picks up Hauser and sends him onto the ladder. Marshall then adjusts the ladder on the ropes and hits Hauser’s face off of it. Marshall then goes under the ring while Hauser is bleeding in the corner. Marshall then finds a box that contains a barbed wire wrapped baseball bat and chair.
Marshall then goes with the bat and rakes it over the forehead of Hauser after hitting him in the back. Marshall then goes with the chair next, but Hauser ducks it and sends Marshall into the corner. He then hits him with the chair across his exposed back. Hauser then places Marshall up on his shoulders and Aaron Solo arrives with a Kendo Stick to help Marshall. He then beat Hauser with it mercilessly until Marshall recovered. Solo and Marshall then brings two tables into the ring. Solo then hits Hauser with the ladder while Marshall grabs a third table.
Hauser then wails as Solo hist him with the chair again and again. Marshall then gets another box, this one is draped with a black curtain. Before he can open i, Hauser sends Marshall out of the ring. Solo then goes to handcuff Hauser, but HOOK appears. HOOK then puts Solo through a table and drags him out of the ring and to the back in a choke hold. Marshall then rakes Hauser’s eyes and tries to pile drive him on the ring apron. Hauser then reverses it into a plunge slam through the table.
Hauser then sends Marshall back in the ring and grabs a chair. He then smashes it over the head of Marshall and sets it up in the ring. He then picks up Marshall and hits a sit down piledriver on the chair for a two count. Hauser then takes out his Golden Globe award and smashes it into Marshall’s face. Hauser then drags the cloth covered box into the middle of the ring and reveals that it is full of broken glass. Hauser then tries to drive Marshall’s face into it, but Marshall tries to hit a diamond cutter into it. Hauser then moves and Marshall lands on the glass. Hauser then hoists him up and slams him on the glass again. Marshall kicks out at two.
Hauser then takes out a bag of thumbtacks, spreading them around the ring. Marshall then hits a superkick and powerbombs Hauser on the tacks. Marshall then grabs a table and sets it up in the ring. He then covers it in broken glass. Marshall then grabs a mic and tells the crowd to shut up. He then jaws at Hauser, dragging him to his feet. Hauser then hits a low blow on the way up and rolls Marshall up on the tacks for a two count. Hauser then hits a double axe handle and climbs to the top turnbuckle. Marshall then gets up and punches him right in the neither region. Marshall then hits a diamond cutter from the top rope through the glass covered table for the win.

After the match, the fans give Hauser a standing ovation.
We then head to the back, where we see STP celebrating their win with some drink.

ROH World Tag Team Championship Match: “The Spanish God” Sammy Guevara and La Facción Ingobernable’s “El Toro Blanco” RUSH (c) vs. The Outrunners (Turbo Floyd and Truth Magnum)
The match starts off with Guevara and Magnum and Magnum gets an armdrag, then follows it up with a dropkick on Guevara who moves to his corner and tagged in RUSH. Magnum then tags in Floyd and both men hit one another. RUSH then pie-faces Floyd in the corner and chops him across the ring. Floyd then stands up to him and a shoving match ensues.
Magnum then gets a tag and the Outrunners double team RUSH. Guevara then complains before getting a tag from RUSH to double dropkick Magnum. Magnum then tries a quick rollup, but Guevara sends him face-first into the bottom rope. RUSH then drags Magnum out of the ring and sends him into the steel steps. Guevara then follows and sends him into the barricade. RUSH then throws a beer in Magnum’s face and Guevara sends him back into the ring, cutting him off before he was able to make a tag to Floyd. Guevara then chops him in the corner before tagging in RUSH to do the same. Both men then trade off stomps and chops on Magnum in the corner, pausing only to pose in the center of the ring.
Magnum then almost gets a tag to Floyd, but Guevara gets him in a sleeper before he could get there. Magnum then turns it into a back suplex and finally gets the tag to Floyd as Guevara gets a tag to RUSH. Floyd then clears the ring, slamming Magnum onto RUSH. The Outrunners then tried to hit their double elbow, but Guevara interrupts it. They then try to irish whip the Outrunners into each other, but Floyd and Magnum reverses it and clotheslines RUSH and Guevara. The then hit their double elbow on RUSH, but Guevara interrupts the Total Recall. The Outrunners then respond by hitting Total Recall on Guevara, but he isn’t legal. All four then start to brawl, with the Outrunners taking out Guevara. Magnum then goes up top, but Guevara pushes him off the turnbuckle. Floyd then gets clocked by RUSH, who hits the Bulls Horns. RUSH then tags in Guevara, who goes up top for a shooting star press for the win.

After the match, Dralistico made his way down to the ring to celebrate with RUSH and Guevara and so did the Von Erichs. Guevara then tries to make peace between everyone, but then superkicks Marshall while RUSH nails Ross with a title belt.
We then head to the back, where Lexy Nair interview The Outrunners but they are confronted by STP.

ROH World Championship Match: Brodido’s AEW World Tag Team Champion Bandido (c) vs. Don Callis Family’s Hechicero
The match starts off with an attempted lock up that ends with Bandido kicking Hechicero in the shins. They then lock up with Hechicero walking Bandido into the corner, where nothing happens. The two lock up again, this time with Bandido getting a wristlock on. They lock up again, with Hechicero wrenching the arm of Bandido.
Hechicero then takes Bandido down with a leg sweep, locking his legs around his head. Bandido then grabs the rope and Bandido tries a headscissor, twisting to send Hechicero to the mat. Hechicero then reverses it into a surfboard style submission attempt, torquing the knee of Bandido. Bandido then hauls Hechicero up into a tombstone position, but Hechicero rolls through and grabs Bandido, working the arm for a head scissor and a double wristlock. Hechicero then grabs Bandido’s ankle, but Bandido pops up and eats a big shoulder tackle. Hechicero then continues working the arm, but misses a senton.
Hechicero then drops Bandido with a toe hold. Bandido then responds with a frankensteiner, sending Hechicero to the outside. Hechicero then climbs back into the ring and Bandido picks up the speed with some flips and dodges, running circles around Hechicero and finishing up with a flip to the outside leaving both men on their backs. Bandido then gets to his feet first and uses the advantage to flip off Don Callis. Back in the ring, Bandido sends Hechicero into the corner but Hechicero comes back with a high knee on Bandido’s chest. Hechicero then hits a DDT for a two count.
Hechicero then tries to peel the mask from Bandido’s face, but settles for punching it instead. Hechicero then hits a pump handle slam and Callis begins causing a distraction at ringside. Hechicero then hits a crossbody on Bandido on the ropes. Bandido then staggers to his feet to be met by punches from Hechicero. He starts returning them, but Hechicero gets an ankle on a leapfrog and pulls him to the mat. Hechicero then wraps up the legs of Bandido, trying to take away his speed in a surfboard. Bandido then powers out of it and reverses it into a surfboard of his own. Hechicero then steps out of it and wraps Bandido in a grapevine, forcing him to grab the ropes to break the hold. Bandido then rolls out of the ring and Hechicero follows.
Hechicero then sends Bandido into the barricade and sends him back in the ring. Hechicero then cinches in a sleeper and transitions into an armbar. Hechicero then wrenches the arm of Bandido and twists his shoulder. Hechicero then tries to tear Bandido’s mask again, ripping it and almost revealing Bandido’s face. Bandido then staggers towards the ropes, but Hechicero doesn’t let up. Bandido then reaches deep and starts returning some kicks and punches, then follows it up with a springboard corkscrew. Bandido then lifts Hechicero in a military press and drops him on his head. Hechicero then leaves the ring and Bandido follows it up with a corkscrew over the top rope. Bandido then sends Hechicero back into the ring and goes up top for a frog splash, but Hechicero kicks out at two.
Bandido then tries to pull up the mask of Hechicero, but stops when the crowd disapproves. He then sweeps Hechicero’s lego and sends him out of the ring. When he follows, Hechicero hooks his leg over the barricade and hits a big elbow off the ring apron. Hechicero then climbs the barricade, bringing Bandido with him. Hechicero then tries to suplex him, but Bandido blocks it, instead suplexing Hechicero on the barricade, leaving both men laying. Hechicero then tries to stomp Bandido on the ring apron, but Bandido gets the knees up sending him off the apron. Bandido then climbs the ringpost and hits a high splash onto Hechicero. Bandido then slides back into the ring to beat the count as Hechicero staggers up.
Hechicero then moves to end the match, but Bandido explodes with a flurry of offense. Hechicero then tries for another sleeper, but Bandido breaks it by hyperextending the arm. Bandido then tries a Code Red, but hechicero blocks it and hits a helicopter down to the floor, smacking Bandido’s head against the barricade on the way down. Back in the ring, Hechicero puts Bandido in a body scissor and wrenches his knee back. Bandido then wiggles free and staggers to his feet. Hechicero then puts on a spinning hammerlock, but Bandido counters the backbreaker. Hechicero then hits a high knee and Bandido follows with a superkick. Bandido then hits a headscissor takedown, but both men end up flat on their backs.
Callis then stars pounding on the ring apron to get Hechicero moving, but both men sit up at once. Bandido then flips off Hechicero and the two begin headbutting each other. They then get to their feet and Hechicero drops the straps. Bandido then gets a gut-wrench spin out slam on Hechicero, but Hechicero blocked the 21 plex. Bandido then rolls over and lifts Hechicero off the ground. Hechicero then tries to roll through, but Bandido twists into a leg lock. Hechicero then flips it into another surfboard style hold and Bandido gets to the ropes. Bandido then puts Hechicero on the the top turnbuckle and Hechicero headbutts him. Bandido then hits a slam and a 21 Plex attempt into a straightjacket and a german suplex for the win.

We then get the entrances of the main event of the PPV.
ROH Women’s World Championship Match: “The Fallen Goddess” Athena (c) vs. Mina Shirakawa
The match starts off with both women locking up. Athena then works the shoulder of Shirakawa as the two twists around each other. They then exchange leaps and roll throughs until Shirakawa dodges a big right hand from Athena. Athena then ducks under the ropes and gets some words of encouragement from Billie Starkz at ringside. Shirakawa then hits a boot on Athena’s gut and follows it up with a side russian leg sweep. Shirakawa then shakes her behind on the top rope and hits a springboard splash on Athena. Athena then pushes her off and favors her knee.
Athena then rolls out and clutches her knee and Shirakawa follows, sending Athena into the ring post. She then goes to punch Athena, but Athena ducks and Shirakawa punches the post with her already injured hand. From there, Athena works the hand on the barricade and places in between the steps and the ring post. Athena then dropkicks the steps, crushing Shirakawa’s hand. Back in the ring, Athena kicks Shirakawa into a pin attempt, then drops a knee onto her already injured hand repeatedly. Athena then puts on a short arm scissor lock, bending Shirakawa’s arm back in on itself. She then sends Shirakawa into the corner, bouncing her head off the turnbuckle.
Athena then puts Shirakawa’s hand into the turnbuckle and begins kicking it repeatedly before sending her out of the ring with a baseball slide. She then stomps Shirakawa’s hand against the barricade and charges at her, but Shirakawa dodges it and Athena kicks the steel. Athena then hobbles after Shirakawa, who sends her into the barricade before sliding back into the ring. Shirakawa then dropkicks Athena’s knee and hits a sling blade for a two count. Athena then tries a kick, but Shirakawa turns it into a backbreaker.
Shirakawa then wraps Athena’s leg around the ring post, slamming it and putting on a figure four. Starkz then tries to intervene, allowing Athena to dive through the ropes, but Shirakawa dodges and Athena crashes into Starkz. Shirakawa then uses the distraction for a parkour splash. Athena then catches her and sends her into the barricade. Athena then sends Shirakawa back in the ring but as she was climbing in, Shirakawa grabs her leg in a dragon screw then puts on the figure four in the center of the ring. Athena then claws her way to the ropes breaking the hold.
Athena then grabs Shirakawa to hit her with a shining wizard. Athena then pops back up and hits a hard lariat onto Shirakawa, leaving them both on their backs in the ring. They then start trading punches as they stagger to their feet, still trading blows. Shirakawa then kicks Athena’s knee, but Athena catches her and hits a pike driver right on her head. Athena then hoists Shirakawa onto her shoulders, but Shirakawa turns it into a DDT for a two count. Shirakawa then goes up top and hits a slingblade, but only got a two count as well.
Shirakawa then calls for the Glamorous Driver, but Athena works out of it and hits a skull expulsion. They then roll around the ring and Athena locks in a Koji clutch. Shirakawa then hits her knee, forcing her to let go, but gets caught by a superkick on the way up. Athena then goes up top, looking for an O Face, but Shirakawa gets to her feet and gets her into an Electric Chair into a spin out flapjack. She then locks on another figure four in the center of the ring. Athena then suffers in pain, trying to fight out of it. She then rolls it over and reverses the figure four. Shirakawa then reverses it back.
Finally, Athena gets to the rope and break the hold, clutching her knee while Starkz tries to energize her. Shirakawa then goes up top, but Athena grabs her ankle and punches her face. Athena then hits a superplex and and tries a pop up powerbomb, but Shirakawa hits a discus lariat. Shirakawa then nails a glamorous driver, but Athena kicks out a two. Shirakawa then tries a second driver, but Athena catches her and hit san armbar, complete with biting. Athena then hits a straightjacket powerbomb and goes up top. She then hits an O Face for the win.
The winner and still the ROH Women’s World Champion, “The Fallen Goddess” Athena!
After the match, Athena holds her championship up high and celebrates with Billie Starkz as the show comes to a close.
