Reb Moshe Spitzer, a father and grandfather who lived in Crown Heights and later in Paris, France, passed away on Thursday, 25 Elul, 5785.
He was 63.
Reb Moshe Spitzer was a chassid who lived and exuded the Rebbe’s ways. He was an incredibly humble and kind-hearted person, always giving everything he had, and even that which he didn’t, to whomever needed.
Reb Moshe lived in Crown Heights for many years and, afterwards, moved to Paris, France. He would travel every year to the Rebbe for Sukkos until Shabbos Bereishis.
He will be remembered as a source of simcha, light, inspiration, and chesed in the lives of everyone who had the merit and privilege of knowing him.
Reb Moshe is survived by his wife, Yaffa; his daughter, Sheindel Elyahou; his three sons, Menachem Mendel, Levi Yitzchak Chaim, and Yankel Yisrael Izik; and three grandchildren.
The levaya will take place on Sunday, 28 Elul, 5785, at Givat Shaul, Jerusalem, Israel, at 3:00 p.m.
