People make complaint over resurfaced X-rated video of Jennifer Lopez after she makes ‘hard sex’ admission

Resurfaced footage of one of Jennifer Lopez’s risqué performances is causing quite the stir among social media users.

The music star, 56, made quite the statement while strutting her stuff on stage for 2025 American Music Awards (AMAs) earlier this year – by playing tonsil tennis with two of her dancers.

Watching stars share a peck mid-performance is something we’re quite used to by now after Britney Spears and Madonna set the precedent at the MTV Video Music Awards in 2003.

But for some reason, people can’t quite believe their eyes when watching the clip of Lopez locking lips with a male and female during her opening number at the AMAs back in May.

The footage has been doing the rounds on social media once again after the singer’s name began hitting the headlines this week.

Lopez has been garnering a lot of attention as of late amid her X-rated antics on stage while performing a string of shows for her ‘Up All Night’ tour.

For starts, the ‘All I Have’ singer tantalised fans in Tenerife last week by straddling a dancer and belting out tunes while on all fours.

She then bizarrely told fans how she likes it in the bedroom at a gig in Italy, discussing the tempo, temperature and tunes she prefers during a night of passion.

But it’s not just her choreography and confessions about her sex life which has got people talking – as the lyrics to her new tracks have also sparked a lot of chatter, too.

People reckon songs, such as ‘Wreckage of You’ and ‘Up All Night’, are seemingly brimming with digs at her former husband Ben Affleck, who she divorced last year after a two-year marriage.

Due to all the discussion surrounding J.Lo, footage of her opening number at this year’s AMAs has reared its head online again.

It shows a snippet of the mother-of-two performing a 23-song medley in the space of six minutes. While dressed in a sparkly nude jumpsuit, she danced to bops such as Billie Eilish‘s ‘Birds of a Feather’ and Kendrick Lamar‘s ‘Not Like Us’, busting out some serious moves for the thousands of people watching.

Lopez, who was also tasked with hosting the awards ceremony on 26 May, then decided to spice things up by smooching a pair of dancers.

She passionately kisses a bloke, before turning to a redhead performer and doing the same – all while Teddy Swims’ track ‘Lose Control’ blasts out in the background.

After Lopez’s steamy medley came to an end, comedian Tiffany Haddish – who was presenting an award that evening – then hilariously joked: “Our host has just danced to 23 hits in six minutes. Just from that opening number alone, Jenny from the Block has got all her steps in for the day, and she got all her kisses in.

“Save a dancer for me, J.Lo. Damn! You ain’t the only one out here single.”

Lopez received a fair bit of heat for her stunt at the AMAs, with people suggesting she was trying to create her own Britney and Madonna moment.

J.Lo herself responded to the comments, telling ExtraTV at the time that she’d heard the ‘kisses were going viral’, however, she added that she thought the performance went ‘perfect’.

And two months later, the sentiment largely remains the same among social media users who have just seen the footage for the first time when it resurfaced.

Taking to Reddit to share their thoughts, one person said: “It’s giving she wanted to have a moment…I don’t think it landed.”

Another wrote: “I hate when people say something was cringe, but if the shoe fits,” while a third added: “Yeah this moment was pretty awks, but the performance itself was actually killer. Girl can still kill it dancing.”

And a fourth wrote: “I don’t have strong opinions on this, it just looks really weird in the middle of the choreography.”

LADbible Group has contacted Lopez’s representatives for comment.
