Editor’s note: Every week, Chad Graff and Josh Kendall rank and analyze all 32 teams from first to worst.
Five weeks into the NFL season, we’re starting to get a better feel for each team, even as parity reigns. After the Philadelphia Eagles and Buffalo Bills lost Sunday, there are no longer any unbeatens. And after the New Orleans Saints and Tennessee Titans won, there’s only one team left without a win: the New York Jets.
So let’s compare resumes. This week, the Power Rankings take a look at who each team has beaten.
1. Detroit Lions (4-1)
Last week: 3
Sunday: Beat Bengals 37-24
Who have they beaten? Bears, Ravens, Browns, Bengals
That season-opening loss to the Packers feels like ancient history after four consecutive wins. But the easy part of their schedule is over, and a brutal stretch awaits, especially without cornerback Terrion Arnold. Their next five games are against the Chiefs, Buccaneers, Vikings, Commanders and Eagles.
Up next: at Chiefs, Sunday, 8:20 p.m. ET
Aidan Hutchinson, who finished with 8 pressures and a sack, is the only player this season with three games of 7+ pressures and at least one sack.
Hutchinson averaged a 0.67-second get-off time, 9th-fastest in a game this season (min. 20 pass rushes).#DETvsCIN | #OnePride pic.twitter.com/HsmCUCUyMn

2. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4-1)
Last week: 5
Sunday: Beat Seahawks 38-35
Who have they beaten? Falcons, Texans, Jets, Seahawks
Baker Mayfield was nearly flawless, completing 29 of 33 passes for 379 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions as the Bucs’ fourth-quarter magic continued. They’ve been perhaps the most fun team in the NFL to watch this season, with a slew of crazy comebacks and a stud rookie receiver. Emeka Egbuka became the first player in league history with at least 25 receptions, 400 receiving yards and five touchdown catches in his first five games as a pro.
Up next: vs. 49ers, Sunday, 4:25 p.m. ET
“Baker Mayfield at 4-1, 100% is in line to be MVP of this league, and you could make the case through five weeks he is that.”@RichEisen makes a strong declaration about the Buccs QB 👀 @richeisenshow pic.twitter.com/N73pAvgon6

3. Philadelphia Eagles (4-1)
Last week: 1
Sunday: Lost to Broncos 21-17
Who have they beaten? Cowboys, Chiefs, Rams, Buccaneers
Not much has come easily for the Eagles, who have played five one-score games this season. A.J. Brown has only 194 receiving yards as concerns mount about his happiness in this offense. Still, the positive outlook is that the defending champs are 4-1 with some impressive wins and without having played their best football.
Up next: at Giants, Thursday, 8:15 p.m. ET
4. Buffalo Bills (4-1)
Last week: 2
Sunday: Lost to Patriots 23-20
Who have they beaten? Ravens, Jets, Dolphins, Saints
Expectations are rightfully high in Buffalo, but the defense hasn’t played like a Super Bowl unit. Still, without a truly dominant team (yet), the Bills should be just fine as they prepare for yet another prime-time game, their fourth in the first six weeks.
Up next: at Falcons, Monday, 7:15 p.m. ET
5. Jacksonville Jaguars (4-1)
Last week: 7
Monday: Beat Chiefs 31-28
Who have they beaten? Panthers, Texans, 49ers, Chiefs
Trevor Lawrence went from lying on the ground to diving into the end zone for the game-winning score Monday night. That seems fitting for the Jags, who went from 4-13 a year ago to a four-win team with a pair of impressive victories the last two weeks. Liam Coen has this team playing really well.
Up next: vs. Seahawks, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
6. San Francisco 49ers (4-1)
Last week: 8
Thursday: Beat Rams 26-23 (OT)
Who have they beaten? Seahawks, Saints, Cardinals, Rams
Kyle Shanahan is reviving Mac Jones’ career before our eyes. On a day the 49ers’ normally dominant running game never got going, Jones was dealing. And it begs the question: What would Jones’ career look like if the 49ers had drafted him instead of taking Trey Lance, allowing the Alabama product to develop with Shanahan the last four years instead of a stint with Matt Patricia as his play caller?
Up next: at Buccaneers, Sunday, 4:25 p.m. ET
7. Indianapolis Colts (4-1)
Last week: 11
Sunday: Beat Raiders 40-6
Who have they beaten? Dolphins, Broncos, Titans, Raiders
Their list of vanquished opponents isn’t exactly impressive, but the Colts have looked awfully good in those wins. Their point differential of plus-74 is the best in the NFL. Daniel Jones and the offense’s numbers weren’t incredible over the weekend, but they did go 8-of-10 on third down and earned another blowout win.
Up next: vs. Cardinals, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
8. Green Bay Packers (2-1-1)
Last week: 6
Sunday: Bye
Who have they beaten? Lions, Commanders
The Packers have a chance to go on a bit of a run coming out of their bye. Their lone opponent in the next month with a record above .500 is the Steelers. There’s little reason to think this offense, which ranks fourth in expected points added per play, will slow down anytime soon.
Up next: vs. Bengals, Sunday, 4:25 p.m. ET
9. Los Angeles Rams (3-2)
Last week: 4
Thursday: Lost to 49ers 26-23 (OT)
Who have they beaten? Texans, Titans, Colts
Sean McVay’s failed fourth-down play call will haunt him, but there’s still a lot to like with this team. The Rams averaged 7.1 yards per play against the Niners, and their second-half comeback was impressive. After his 389-yard, three-touchdown performance, Matthew Stafford has put all of those training camp health concerns in the rearview mirror.
Up next: at Ravens, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
10. Denver Broncos (3-2)
Last week: 16
Sunday: Beat Eagles 21-17
Who have they beaten? Titans, Bengals, Eagles
Bo Nix wasn’t perfect early, but his fourth quarter was tough to beat: 9-of-10 passing for 126 yards while leading three consecutive scoring drives in a come-from-behind win. Still, it was the Denver defense that really dominated. It held Philadelphia to 2-of-10 on third down.
Up next: at Jets, Sunday, 9:30 a.m. ET (London)
11. Washington Commanders (3-2)
Last week: 20
Sunday: Beat Chargers 27-10
Who have they beaten? Giants, Raiders, Chargers
Sunday was more like what we expected from the Commanders this season. With Jayden Daniels back in the lineup, Washington cruised to an easy win behind a dominant running game led by Jacory Croskey-Merritt (14 carries, 111 yards, two touchdowns). The Commanders’ running game has quietly been the third best in the NFL based on both expected points added per rush and success rate.
Up next: vs. Bears, Monday, 8:15 p.m. ET
12. Seattle Seahawks (3-2)
Last week: 12
Sunday: Lost to Buccaneers 38-35
Who have they beaten? Steelers, Saints, Cardinals
Sam Darnold was nearly perfect (28-of-34 passing for 341 yards and four touchdowns), but his one mistake was a costly interception late that set up the Bucs’ winning field goal. Still, there’s a lot to feel good about with the way Seattle is playing offensively.
Up next: at Jaguars, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
13. Pittsburgh Steelers (3-1)
Last week: 13
Sunday: Bye
Who have they beaten? Jets, Patriots, Vikings
Pittsburgh’s pass defense has been a weakness this season (the Steelers rank 25th in success rate against the pass), but the team has a couple of get-right games looming. Up first, the Browns. After that, the Bengals. Those two teams rank 32nd and 30th, respectively, in passing success rate.
Up next: vs. Browns, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET

14. Los Angeles Chargers (3-2)
Last week: 9
Sunday: Lost to Commanders 27-10
Who have they beaten? Chiefs, Raiders, Broncos
Los Angeles has delivered back-to-back duds after starting 3-0. The brief MVP hype around Justin Herbert has cooled, especially after he managed just 166 passing yards, one touchdown and one interception against a mediocre Commanders defense.
Up next: at Dolphins, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
15. Kansas City Chiefs (2-3)
Last week: 10
Monday: Lost to Jaguars 31-28
Who have they beaten? Giants, Ravens
For the first time since 2021, the Chiefs are below .500 after the first five weeks. That year, after starting 2-3, they won nine of their next 10 games. But that seems unlikely this season with a group of wide receivers that was led yardage-wise by Tyquan Thornton on Monday night.
Up next: vs. Lions, Sunday, 8:20 p.m. ET
16. Minnesota Vikings (3-2)
Last week: 14
Sunday: Beat Browns 21-17
Who have they beaten? Bears, Bengals, Browns
A well-earned (and probably much-needed) break is on the horizon after becoming the first team in league history to play back-to-back international games in two different countries. It hasn’t been the prettiest start for this team, and the Vikings haven’t exactly beaten top teams, but Kevin O’Connell got Jordan Addison rolling late after an early benching, as things trend toward J.J. McCarthy coming back after the bye.
Up next: Bye
17. New England Patriots (3-2)
Last week: 22
Sunday: Beat Bills 23-20
Who have they beaten? Dolphins, Panthers, Bills
They have the easiest schedule in the NFL, and it’s not crazy to think they could be 6-2 by the end of the month. Drake Maye is legit, and his breakout season has him playing like a top-five quarterback. His second half in Buffalo — 13-of-14 passing for 184 yards — was something special.
Up next: at Saints, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET

18. Atlanta Falcons (2-2)
Last week: 19
Sunday: Bye
Who have they beaten? Vikings, Commanders
Atlanta did well to bounce back from its brutal showing against Carolina. But the Falcons return from their bye with a daunting next couple of games, both in prime time, starting with a home matchup against the Bills, then heading to the 49ers. These two games will be revealing.
Up next: vs. Bills, Monday, 7:15 p.m. ET
19. Houston Texans (2-3)
Last week: 24
Sunday: Beat Ravens 44-10
Who have they beaten? Titans, Ravens
C.J. Stroud has thrown six touchdown passes in the last two games, and Houston’s defense looks like it’s rolling. Only the Vikings defense has been better against the pass this season based on EPA per play.
Up next: Bye
20. Chicago Bears (2-2)
Last week: 17
Sunday: Bye
Who have they beaten? Raiders, Cowboys
In recent years, giving Ben Johnson an extra week to game plan and tinker with his offense has led to points in bunches. As the Lions’ play caller, his offense scored 41 against the Chargers after their bye two years ago, then hung 47 points on the Cowboys after their bye last year. Can he work his magic as a head coach coming out of the bye?
Up next: at Commanders, Monday, 8:15 p.m. ET
21. Dallas Cowboys (2-2-1)
Last week: 18
Sunday: Beat Jets 37-22
Who have they beaten? Giants, Jets
Dak Prescott is rolling, and the running game has some momentum behind Javonte Williams. It was just the Jets (and their other win was against the Giants), but Dallas stormed out to a 30-3 lead and looked good throughout.
Up next: at Panthers, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
22. Arizona Cardinals (2-3)
Last week: 21
Sunday: Lost to Titans 22-21
Who have they beaten? Saints, Panthers
Arizona somehow turned an interception into a touchdown for their opponent and fumbled away another sure touchdown in a bad, bad loss on Sunday. The Cardinals blew a 21-3 lead against a team that had looked checked out and seemed last week to be the worst in the league. Yikes.
Up next: at Colts, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
23. Baltimore Ravens (1-4)
Last week: 15
Sunday: Lost to Texans 44-10
Who have they beaten? Browns
What a nightmarish first five games for John Harbaugh, who summed things up by saying, “Just a complete disaster.” It was always going to be a tough task without Lamar Jackson and several other injuries on Sunday, but there’s no excuse for getting blown out by a previously struggling Texans team.
Up next: vs. Rams, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
The Ravens have allowed 37+ points in 4 different games this season
That’s already the most they’ve allowed 37+ points in a game in a single season in their history… it’s Week 5 pic.twitter.com/gr4H8qb1om
— NFL on CBS 🏈 (@NFLonCBS) October 5, 2025
24. Carolina Panthers (2-3)
Last week: 29
Sunday: Beat Dolphins 27-24
Who have they beaten? Falcons, Dolphins
The Dolphins might be checked out, but that was still an impressive performance up front for the Panthers, helping Rico Dowdle run for 206 yards and a touchdown on 23 carries. The former Cowboy had eight rushes of 10 yards or more.
Up next: vs. Cowboys, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
25. Cincinnati Bengals (2-3)
Last week: 25
Sunday: Lost to Lions 37-24
Who have they beaten? Browns, Jaguars
They’ve gone from Super Bowl hopefuls to a bummer to watch without Joe Burrow. Ja’Marr Chase still nabbed 110 yards and two touchdowns, but Cincinnati can’t run the ball and is really bad defensively. Oh, and Jake Browning threw three interceptions. Other than that, things are going great for the Bengals.
Up next: at Packers, Sunday, 4:25 p.m. ET
26. New Orleans Saints (1-4)
Last week: 31
Sunday: Beat Giants 26-14
Who have they beaten? Giants
Spencer Rattler might not be the long-term answer, but he was solid on Sunday. And the Saints showed a lot of fight in coming back from a 14-3 deficit to score 23 unanswered points and nab their first win. Amazingly, Rattler became the first quarterback drafted by the Saints to win a game for the franchise since 1998.
Up next: vs. Patriots, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
27. New York Giants (1-4)
Last week: 23
Sunday: Lost to Saints 26-14
Who have they beaten? Chargers
The fun that rookie QB Jaxson Dart brought in an upset win in Week 4 quickly dissipated with his three turnovers (two interceptions, one fumble) on Sunday, and the running game was stuck in the mud. It’s hard to blame the defense after the offense turned the ball over five times, but that unit, the supposed strength of the team, allowed the Saints to convert seven of 15 third-down attempts.
Up next: vs. Eagles, Thursday, 8:15 p.m. ET
28. Cleveland Browns (1-4)
Last week: 27
Sunday: Lost to Vikings 21-17
Who have they beaten? Packers
Hey, they’ll always have that win over Green Bay, right? Dillon Gabriel made this team (slightly) more watchable in Week 5, and rookie Quinshon Judkins ran for 110 yards. But the Browns offense fell apart in the fourth quarter, totaling just 29 yards on 14 plays over four drives before its ill-fated attempt at a game-winning drive.
Up next: at Steelers, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
29. Las Vegas Raiders (1-4)
Last week: 28
Sunday: Lost to Colts 40-6
Who have they beaten? Patriots
Optimism reigned after their season-opening win in New England, but four losses in a row have followed. In those four games, the Raiders rank 30th in EPA per play offensively and 26th defensively. They’ve been bad all around.
Up next: vs. Titans, Sunday, 4:05 p.m. ET
30. Tennessee Titans (1-4)
Last week: 32
Sunday: Beat Cardinals 22-21
Who have they beaten? Cardinals
It took a Cam Ward interception that was fumbled and kicked into the end zone for a touchdown, but the Titans became the first team since 2019 to overcome a deficit of 18 or more points with a rookie quarterback. It wasn’t pretty, but, hey, they have their first win, and that should take some heat off of head coach Brian Callahan — at least for one week.
Up next: at Raiders, Sunday, 4:05 p.m. ET
The Titans’ win probability was as low as 1.8% in their comeback win over the Cardinals, the 2nd-most improbable comeback of the season.
The Titans had an average win probability of 12.1%, the 2nd-lowest average WP in a win in the NGS era (since 2016).

31. Miami Dolphins (1-4)
Last week: 26
Sunday: Lost to Panthers 27-24
Who have they beaten? Jets
Mike McDaniel’s slow, sulking walk off the field was just sad, which about sums up the Dolphins this season. If nothing else, a McDaniel-led team should be able to run the ball. On Sunday, Miami handed off to a running back 13 times and gained 14 yards.
Up next: vs. Chargers, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
32. New York Jets (0-5)
Last week: 30
Sunday: Lost to Cowboys 37-22
Who have they beaten? No one
Not even Rich Kotite or Adam Gase opened a season with the Jets 0-5, but that’s what first-year coach Aaron Glenn has done. He’s preaching patience, but this has been a disastrous start for a team that was supposed to be difficult to play against.
Up next: vs. Broncos, Sunday, 9:30 a.m. ET (London)
