Apple is just a month away from its likely September event where it will announce 7+ new products. The announcements will include new the iPhone 17, Apple Watch Series 11, and more. Here’s everything to expect.
iPhone 17 lineup

The iPhone 17 lineup will be a major update, bringing big changes and the addition of an all-new model. Here are some of the highlights of each iPhone 17 model:
- iPhone 17: Bigger screen, 24MP front camera, ProMotion and always-on screen, more.
- iPhone 17 Air: Ultra-thin design with 6.6-inch display, A19 chip, single camera on the back, more.
- iPhone 17 Pro: New camera bar design that replaces the camera bump, A19 Pro chip, 24MP front-facing camera, 48MP telephoto camera, more.
- iPhone 17 Pro Max: All the iPhone 17 Pro features, plus a thicker design for better battery life.
Apple Watch Series 11

The Apple Watch got a pretty big update last year with the Apple Watch Series 10. This year’s Apple Watch Series 11 will be a more modest update.
- Faster S-series chip for improved performance and efficiency.
- New modem with 5G support for faster data performance.
- Same overall design and sizes.
Apple is also continuing its work on blood pressure monitoring features for Apple Watch, but it’s not clear if that feature will be ready for this year.
Apple Watch Ultra 3

The Apple Watch Ultra has gone without a major update since it first launched in 2023. This year, however, Apple has several tricks up its sleeve for its premium and rugged Apple Watch Ultra 3 model.
- A slightly larger display measuring 422 x 514 pixels, up from the current 410 x 502 pixels. The overall body of the Apple Watch Ultra 3 will likely stay the same, with the larger display made possible by slimmer bezels.
- Satellite connectivity for staying connected even when out of range of traditional cellular or Wi-Fi service.
- New S11 chip inside for faster performance.
- 5G connectivity for faster cellular performance.
Like the Apple Watch Series 11, the new Apple Watch Ultra 3 could include blood-pressure features as soon as this year.
Apple Watch SE 3

Apple’s most affordable Apple Watch is expected to get its first update since 2022 this year. The Apple Watch SE 3 will pack a handful of updates:
- New design, potentially swapping the aluminum finish for plastic.
- New chip for faster performance.
- Bigger displays at around 1.6” and 1.8” each, similar to the Apple Watch Series 7-9 era.
iOS 26, watchOS 26, and more

Apple announced its latest round of software updates at WWDC in June. The updates were first released to developers for beta testers, followed by a public beta in July. Apple will release the updates to everyone in September.
Wild cards
It’s widely rumored by multiple sources that all of the aforementioned products will be announced in September. Apple consistently holds special events in September where it announces new iPhones and Apple Watches.
There are other products rumored to be in Apple’s pipeline that could be announced in September, but might not come until later this year.
- AirTag 2: Upgraded Ultra Wideband chip for better range and Precision Finding, improved privacy protections.
- New Apple TV 4K: Faster chip, Apple-designed Wi-Fi and Bluetooth chip.
- HomePod mini 2: Apple-designed networking chip, Wi-Fi 6E support.
- New Apple Vision Pro: New M4 or M5 chip, more comfortable head strap, upgraded Neural Engine for better Apple Intelligence.
Apple is also working on new AirPods Pro 3 that were expected to launch this year. More recent reporting, however, suggests they might not debut until 2026.
There are also new Macs, external displays, and more in the works. These products aren’t expected to launch in September, though.
