Last night on WWE RAW, Naomi relinquished the Women’s World Championship after announcing that she’s seven weeks pregnant.
The wrestling world was buzzing online following the announcement. One of the names commenting was current Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch, who poked fun at herself and Naomi on social media, tweeting out:
“How irresponsible getting pregnant as a champion,” Becky Lynch said in a post.
For those who don’t get the joke, Lynch was forced to relinquish the RAW Women’s Championship in 2020 after also becoming pregnant with her first child. Naomi used this knowledge in her hilarious response to Lynch, tweeting back:
“Well I learned from the best *smirking emoji,*” she said in response.
