The fuss over a Little League bat-flip celebration has been settled off the baseball diamond and in a court of law.

With his team, Haddonfield, set for a run to a state title, 12-year-old Marco Rocco will be back on the field tonight when it plays Game 1 of a four-team, double-elimination tournament, with what the court considered high stakes.
