Chase DeMoor got a bit of revenge over rival Natan Marcon at Misfits Boxing 22, but not in the way he had hoped.
The Misfits Boxing heavyweight title was on the line in the heated main card matchup of Saturday’s event from the AO Arena in Manchester, England. DeMoor had an egg thrown at his head earlier in the week by Marcon, and when the bell rang, DeMoor picked up a TKO victory after a big uppercut split the lip of Marcon, and the doctor and official stopped the bout.

A lot of the fans in attendance, and the commentary team were puzzled by the stoppage, but in the end, the decision was made and DeMoor retained the title. However, the fight being stopped only set Marcon off even more as he attacked DeMoor after the fight was ruled over before things were separated.

With the win DeMoor has now won eight straight bouts, including seven finishes. The 29-year-old picked up his first boxing win in January 2024, and hasn’t looked back since as DeMoor has been competing with incredible frequency, adding the Misfits heavyweight belt along the way.
