Nintendo just released the next update for Mario Kart World with version 1.2.1. All Nintendo Switch 2 owners can download it now.
While the last update was massive, this one is on the other end of the spectrum. Nintendo is addressing a singular issue for its latest patch.

Bug Fixes
- “Race with Ghosts” or “View Replay” immediately after downloading a ghost in “View Rankings” in “Time Trials” could result in a different ghost being played than the one downloaded.
Note that you need to download the latest update in order to play online. Also, after installing the patch, you can’t play locally with those on version 1.1.2 or earlier.
