The Missouri Lottery had revealed where one of two winning Powerball tickets, worth half of $1.787 billion, was purchased.
The lottery announced on Monday that the winning ticket for the September 6, 2025, drawing was bought at the QuikTrip, 12110 Lusher Road, St. Louis.
“It was a record-setting night for the Missouri Lottery, with the $893.5 million prize ranking as the highest jackpot prize won in Missouri to date,” said Executive Director Lester Elder in a press release.
“It exceeds the previous record of $293.7 million from a Powerball drawing held in November 2012.”
The other winning ticket was bought in Fredericksburg, Texas.
The Missouri winner has until March 5, 2026, to claim their prize.
