CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Browns owner Jimmy Haslam, a close friend of the Manning family, was apparently speaking the truth when he said he didn’t expect quarterback Arch Manning to leave Texas after this season, his first full year as a starter.
Manning’s grandfather, Archie, said the same thing.
