Nevada and Chinese Taipei are playing for the Little League World Series championship on Sunday.
Chinese Taipei, representing the Asia-Pacific Region, won the international LLWS title for the second consecutive year with a 1-0 win over Aruba on Saturday. The team from Las Vegas, emerging from the U.S. Mountain region, defeated Connecticut, 8-2, for the U.S. LLWS championship to set up Sunday’s final.

Last year, Chinese Taipei lost to Lake Mary, Florida on a walk-off bunt in extra innings. They are pursuing their 18th LLWS title. Meanwhile, Nevada is playing for its first championship.
