Lions vs. Texans joint practice live updates

It’s the last day of Detroit Lions training camp, and we’re going out with a bang.

The Lions will face off against the Houston Texans on Thursday morning (10:30 a.m. ET) to close out a full month of Lions training camp. With the Lions winning their division last year and the Texans winning theirs, it should be a highly competitive practice as the two teams ramp up to get ready for the 2025 regular season.

Not only will we be all over practice—providing live updates on Twitter, full recaps after the day, and a special video for Pride of Detroit Direct subscribers—but Texans media is on hand in Allen Park, offering their own perspective from camp.

So to help you track all of what’s happening at the Detroit Lions Meijer Performance Center, in this post, we have linked to a pair of Twitter lists. One full of Lions beat writers, one full of Texans reporters. They should be providing updates from practice all morning long. Twitter no longer allows lists to be embedded on our website. However, you can access our list and follow along with live updates. Additionally, if there’s an update that you find particularly interesting, you can always embed the tweet in the comment section at the bottom of the page. Just make sure you are continuing to follow our community guidelines in the chat. Enjoy the final day of Lions camp, and let’s get this regular season going!
