Arrive early and prepare for a long wait
HOUSTON – Lines for TSA screening at Bush Intercontinental Airport were seen coming out of the building Sunday.
Photos shared with KPRC 2 shows the line for screening at Terminal E going outside the terminal and down the sidewalk.
On Friday, the Houston Airports System alerted travelers to arrive early and prepare for long wait times at Bush Intercontinental Airport as the only TSA checkpoints open will be at Terminal A and Terminal E.
On Sunday, Bush Intercontinental Airport said that TSA screen lines may exceed three hours.
Heads up, travelers! TSA wait times may exceed 60 minutes. Arriving early gives you time to park, check your bags, and get through security.
