He suffered from “acute respiratory failure, sepsis, hypertensive/atherosclerotic heart disease, and morbid obesity.” He also had stasis dermatitis and edema.

According to the Cleveland Clinic, “Respiratory failure is a condition where there’s not enough oxygen or too much carbon dioxide in your body,” “Sepsis occurs when your immune system has a dangerous reaction to an infection. It causes extensive inflammation throughout your body that can lead to tissue damage, organ failure and even death,” and “Atherosclerosis is a hardening of your arteries from plaque building up gradually inside them. Plaque consists of fat, cholesterol and other substances. This plaque buildup limits blood flow.” In addition, “stasis dermatitis occurs when blood pools in the lower legs and puts pressure on the skin,” and “Edema occurs when fluid builds up in your tissues, often in your feet, legs and ankles.”

There was no drugs or alcohol found, from the toxicology report.

Despite these findings, a cause or manner of death has not been listed.
