Naomi’s championship reign has been halted.
Naomi, the Women’s World Champion, announced during “Monday Night Raw” she is vacating the title.
She is expecting her first child.
Naomi and her husband, Jimmy Uso, made the announcement as a preview of “What’s Your Story?” podcast with Stephanie McMahon.
”I’m pregnant, and I’m having a baby,” Naomi said.
It’s the couple’s first child, and they have been married since 2014.
“We need ya’ll to proceed with caution because there is a baby on board,” Uso, during a clip of a bonus episode of Stephanie McMahon’s “What’s Your Story” show on Raw.
Naomi’s title defense was canceled last week against Iyo Sky because Naomi was not medically cleared.
Naomi, whose real name Trinity Fatu, ends her reign after only 35 days.
WWE did not immediately announce how a new champion would be determined.
