Influencer Isabella Ladera has accused an ex-boyfriend of leaking a private sex video without her consent.
“I am profoundly devastated. An intimate and private moment was leaked without my consent, an act that represents one of the cruelest betrayals I’ve lived,” Ladera, 26, wrote via Instagram on Tuesday, September 9, in a post translated from Spanish to English. “That video was only in the hands of two people: the other person and me. A person who lied to me from the start, who saw how I suffered painful consequences because of him, and still never stepped up to protect me.”
According to Ladera, the act doesn’t just put her privacy at risk. It also “goes against my dignity and has caused immense pain to me and my family.”
“I am not the first, nor the only one,” she continued in her post. “I am not the one to be ashamed in this story. The shame falls on the person who betrayed me. I am here, standing tall, with my head held high. For me. For my family. And for all the women who have been victims of a narcissist.”
Ladera’s legal team, SONUS, also issued a formal statement on Instagram.
Writing in Spanish, Ladera’s attorneys emphasized that their client did not release the content herself. They also slammed any accusations that it was part of a marketing strategy.
“Isabella Ladera, through her legal team, will pursue all appropriate legal and criminal actions to ensure that the events are investigated, those responsible are identified and the corresponding penalties are imposed,” the statement read in part.

Although Ladera did not name the ex in her latest statements, she was last linked to Colombian singer Beéle.
On Tuesday, Beéle, 22, reposted a statement via his attorneys addressing the matters.
“We categorically reject the circulation on social media and digital platforms of an intimate video that violates the privacy and dignity of the individuals involved,” Beéle’s attorneys wrote via Instagram.
They added the incident “affects all parties” and claimed Beéle is also a victim of unauthorized exposure.
Beéle’s legal team claimed major digital platforms and internet services have been asked to immediately remove links, copies and derivatives of the file, and to preserve records that allow the chain of distribution to be traced.
“It’s important to clarify that Beéle did not leak this material or participate in its dissemination,” the statement continued. “His artistic career and international prestige preclude any need or interest in such events.”
