The early access phase of 2XKO is scheduled to start later today. Unlike with the closed beta, 2XKO will become available to everyone (as long as they have a PC capable of running the game).
Two new playable characters are also being added to the roster. Indeed, Teemo and Warwick are joining as the tenth and eleventh champions respectively.
The other playable character in 2XKO will include Ahri, Yasuo, Braum, Illaoi, Vi, Jinx, Blitzcrank, Ekko and Darius. Balance tweaks are being made to every fighter currently in 2XKO with the October 7 and October 9 patches.
Ranked mode is set to go live on October 9, 2025. Of course, the developers have also said that the matchmaking should do a better job of matching players up against players closer to their skill levels. Theoretically, this means that it should be slightly more challenging to climb the ranks compared to the closed beta.
Fighting Games Daily has posted when the early access is supposed to go live today for every time zone. Now we know exactly when 2XKO will be available to play.
Those of us on the West Coast of the United States will be able to start playing at 8:00 a.m. As for us on the East Coast, the early access will begin at 11:00 a.m.
