Ultimate Fighting Arena 2025 has been captivating fighting game fans over this past weekend. We’ve already highlighted the Street Fighter 6 character usage stats for the event.
A new meta has emerged for 2XKO thanks to the closed beta patch that was recently made available. Around 150 players competed at the 2XKO tournament that took place at Ultimate Fighting Arena 2025.
Unfortunately, only the top 8 portion of the 2XKO event was streamed, so we’ll only be able to see the characters being played within that part of the bracket. Still, this does tell us a few things about the early stage of the game.
All nine characters saw at least some usage. It’s still very early, but this suggests that every character in 2XKO is somewhat viable. The game appears to be fairly balanced at the moment.
Ekko and Yasuo might be the strongest characters right now as they both appeared three times. Of course, it’s interesting to note that Yasuo is the only character that made it to the top 8 with the Juggernaut fuse (meaning he was used alone without a teammate character). However, Ekko (along with Illaoi) was used to win the entire event.
Illaoi, Jinx, Braum, Darrius and Blitzcrank each only had one player representing them. We’ll just have to see if one of these characters can emerge as a sleeper top tier in the future.
Check it all out below:
• Ekko – 3
• Yasuo – 3
• Vi – 2
• Ahri – 2
• Illaoi – 1
• Jinx- 1
• Braum – 1
• Darius – 1
• Blitzcrank – 1
