Heavy rain brought flash flooding to two New Jersey counties this morning. As much as 5 inches of rain fell in the early-morning storms.
A flash flood warning remains in effect until 9:15 a.m. today for southeastern Monmouth and northeastern Ocean counties, according to a statement issued by the National Weather Service in Mount Holly.
