The Detroit Lions kicked off training camp at the Meijer Performance Center Sunday, and head coach Dan Campbell gave updates on the team’s injury situation ahead of the first practice Sunday morning.
Veteran defensive lineman Levi Onwuzurike, who re-signed on a one-year free-agent deal this offseason, will miss the entire 2025 season after undergoing surgery for an ACL injury.
“Levi’s surgery was significant, and it needed to be done,” Campbell said. “Out of his control and needed to be done. So he will miss the season.”
