Collin Gosselin shared an emotional message about his fractured family dynamic.
The 21-year-old, who has been estranged from mom Kate Gosselin and most of his siblings for years, recently posted a heartbreaking video on TikTok about how his estrangement from his siblings has affected him.
Collin Gosselin uploaded a video to the social media platform that included a childhood photo of him with his siblings. “Born to be a team against the world,” text over the picture reads. The post then switches to a snap of Collin Gosselin driving alone in his car. The text beneath the second photo says, “Forced to do it alone, and wonder everyday what our lives could’ve looked like.”
He added Adele’s ballad “Hometown Glory” to the post. In the caption, he wrote, “Forced apart, pitted against each other. All the fame and money in the world, but what about kids being kids?”
The former reality television star continued, “I will always love them more than anything. The tears I shed behind closed doors, thinking about the memories we could’ve shared. I love you guys…” and included a red heart.

Collin Gosselin has spoken about the divide in his family over the years. In 2022, he sobbed in an interview with “Entertainment Tonight” when he revealed that he only has a relationship with sister Hannah Gosselin.
“I have not spoken to my siblings in probably five or six years now,” he said at the time. “It’s tough.”
A year later, he was featured in a VICE TV’s series called “Dark Side of the 2000s” and discussed how his relationship with his mom became strained while they filmed “Jon & Kate Plus 8.” He was joined by sister Hannah Gosselin.
Both children lived with dad Jon Gosselin, while the rest of their sextuplet siblings — Alexis, Aaden, Collin, Leah and Joel — stayed with their mom. Twin sisters Cara and Mady lived with Kate Gosselin, as well.
Collin Gosselin’s comments on the show then led to a public back-and-forth with his mom, who released a statement on Instagram claiming he had “unpredictable and violent behaviors.”
She wrote in July 2023, “Unfortunately, I believe collin remains a very troubled young man who continues to need a lot of help.”
“His brothers and sisters and I have not been directly involved in his life due to his history of unpredictable behavior and violent tendencies toward us,” she alleged.
On the sextuplet’s 21st birthday in May, Kate Gosselin posted a rare photo with four of her children — Alexis, Leah, Joel and Aaden — on Instagram.
“And just like that, they turned 21! Happy Birthday to my 6!” she said in the caption along with six red hearts and the hashtag “GosselinSextuplets.”
Meanwhile, Jon Gosselin uploaded a video to his Instagram story that showed him celebrating the special day with Hannah Gosselin and his fiancée, Stephanie Lebo. The trio drank espresso martinis to mark the occasion.
