Jimmy Kimmel said President Donald Trump posted a slew of taunts and attacks on social media this week “in his ongoing effort to distract us from the fact that he doesn’t want Melania to see the Epstein files.”
Trump’s posts attacked everyone from California Gov. Gavin Newsom to former TV host Rosie O’Donnell.
“He’s been threatening to revoke Rosie O’Donnell’s American citizenship, which ― like peeing standing up ― he cannot do,” Kimmel said. “How can someone so old be so childish? It’s Benjamin Can’t Button His Pants.”
One of Trump’s posts was an AI video showing him dancing to “YMCA” with the man in the Cracker Barrel logo after the restaurant reversed a controversial decision to remove the man as part of a redesign.
Kimmel didn’t get the outrage.
“Come on. Cracker Barrel is Amish Applebee’s. It’s Apple B-Minus,” he said. “It’s barely a restaurant. It’s a restaurant that sells yo-yos made of wood, OK? Calm down.”
Kimmel said “all the woke yokels” were outraged, including the president’s eldest son.
“Even cosplay grits gobbler New York prep school nepo baby Don Jr. whined, ‘WTF is wrong with Cracker Barrel,’” Kimmel said. “As if he’s ever been to a Cracker Barrel.”
