Billie Eilish kicked off the new North American leg of her “Hit Me Hard and Soft Tour” in Miami on Thursday, October 9th, and during her walk in between the stage and barricade, she was violently grabbed and pulled by a fan.
A fan-captured video shows Eilish initially walking by the barricade and high fiving eager fans. At one point, though, Eilish appears to be violently yanked by someone at the barricade, twisting her arm and pulling her into the crowd; the security guard following Eilish instantly reacted and emphatically pushed the assailant back, freeing Eilish. She then walked away, looking visibly confused and irritated. Watch the clip below.
According to TMZ, Miami police confirmed that the assailant was ejected from the concert. Eilish has not yet commented on the incident; she’s set to continue her 2025 tour with two more performances in Miami on October 11th and 12th, followed by shows in Raleigh, Charlotte, Philadelphia, New Orleans, Austin, San Francisco, and more.
