BROOK PARK, Ohio – The $100 million deal Browns owners Jimmy and Dee Haslam jointly announced Monday with Cleveland Mayor Justin Bibb seemingly solves the biggest remaining hurdles in the Browns’ plans to build a new indoor stadium in Brook Park.
There’s still work to be done, including finalizing the agreement with the city of Cleveland, and reaching an agreement with Brook Park on the details being negotiated.
