Adam Cole’s run of bad luck with injuries has continued as he is out of today’s AEW All In and has been forced to vacate the TNT title.

Tony Khan announced on Saturday afternoon that Cole was not medically cleared to compete following this past Thursday’s trios match on Collision. Khan didn’t specify what the injury was and how it was suffered, but said he wants Cole to “take some time away” to recover.

Khan than announced the vacant title will be decided in a four-way with Kyle Fletcher, Dustin Rhodes and former TNT Champions Daniel Garcia and Sammy Guevara. Both Guevara and Rhodes are also competing on the pre-show. Fletcher was scheduled to take on Cole for the title while Garcia wasn’t announced for any match.

Cole held the title for 97 days, defending it three times. He missed an entire year from September 2023 through October 2024 due to a non-contact ankle injury that required two surgeries. He also missed the better part of nine months from June 2022 through March 2023 due to a concussion suffered at Forbidden Door.
