A reunion of some of the cast of one of the top-rated sitcoms of the 1990s is finally going to happen.
Cast members from “Home Improvement” will reunite on an episode of ABC’s “Shifting Gears,” according to Deadline.
The show, which stars “Tool Time’s” Tim Allen, is going into its second season.
Deadline says Allen’s “Home Improvement” wife, Patricia Richardson, along with his “Tool Time” co-host, Richard Karn and “Tool Time” assistant, Debbe Dunning, will guest star on an upcoming season 2 episode.
Season 2 of “Shifting Gears” premieres on Wednesday, October 1st. The show follows Matt, the widowed owner of a classic car restoration shop.
The show co-stars Kat Dennings as Riley, Seann William Scott as Gabriel, Daryl Chill Mitchell as Stitch, Maxwell Simkins as Carter and Barrett Margolis as Georgia.
“Home Improvement” had 203 episodes from 1991 – 1999. It also starred Earl Hindman as Wilson, Taran Noah Smith as Mark, Jonathan Taylor Thomas as Randy, Zachery Ty Bryan as Brad and Pamela Anderson as Lisa.
