Dan Quinn gives injury updates on Jayden Daniels and several other players

Dan Quinn spoke to the media for his weekly “Tell the Truth Monday” availability. There are a lot of questions after the Washington Commanders lost to the Green Bay Packers 27-18 on Thursday Night Football. They not only lost the game, but they lost several players, with a pair now out for the season. There are other injuries that we’ve been waiting all weekend to get updates on.

Jayden Daniels had an MRI on his knee after the game, with the second-year QB taking hits throughout the game. He reportedly has a knee sprain, and his status for Sunday’s home game against the Las Vegas Raiders is in doubt. They will make a decision by Friday, and we could see Marcus Mariota’s first start for the Commanders if the medical and coaching staff isn’t comfortable with Daniels’ knee on Sunday.

TE John Bates and WR Noah Brown both left the game with hamstring injuries. Quinn didn’t sound very optimistic about the offensive duo playing this week with soft-tissur injuries.
