COLUMBIA, Tenn. (WKRC) – “American Pickers” star Mike Wolfe and his girlfriend, Leticia Cline, were recovering after a car crash in Columbia, Tennessee, on Friday.
Wolfe, 61, had shared the news on Instagram, FOX News reported, revealing that they were involved in the accident and posted an image of his heavily damaged blue vintage vehicle.
“By the grace of God, we’re both safe and okay,” said Wolfe, according to FOX News. “We are both receiving excellent care and while Leticia is still in the hospital, she is expected to make a full recovery.”
Cline, who shared Wolfe’s post on her social media, revealed that her jaw hit the shattered car window. She later detailed her injuries, according to FOX News, stating, “Broken jaw (in a few places), broken ribs, sternum, collapsed lung and a lot of swelling on my spine. My mouth will be wired shut but I still got my brain and that’s all that matters.”
Wolfe updated fans later, FOX News reported, saying, “It’s been a rough nite but now there’s light at the end of the tunnel,” and added, “I truly believe in the power of group prayers thank you to all of you that have sent them to us.”
Cline also shared additional photos of the vehicle after the collision and an image of Wolfe reclining next to her as she rested in a hospital bed wearing a neck brace. “Hopefully I get surgery tomorrow,” she wrote, FOX News reported.
