Brock Lesnar Suffers Wardrobe Malfunction After F5 To R-Truth On WWE SmackDown

Tonight’s episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown from Chicago, IL, began with an appearance from Brock Lesnar. The segment, which was intended to continue his rivalry with John Cena, took an unexpected turn with an interruption from R-Truth that ended with an F5 for the veteran superstar.

The show opened with a video package showing Brock Lesnar’s attack on John Cena from the conclusion of last week’s SmackDown. Following the video, Lesnar made his way to the ring for a promo. Before he could speak, he was interrupted by R-Truth, who performed his “What’s Up” entrance. Lesnar appeared unimpressed by the performance.

In the ring, R-Truth welcomed Lesnar back and said that while he used to be afraid of him, he wasn’t anymore. He stated that he couldn’t stand for the disrespect Lesnar had shown to John Cena. Lesnar responded by saying he had no idea who R-Truth was and asked for his name. Lesnar then said he was only there for John Cena and demanded to know where he was.

The conversation took a comedic turn when Truth, after saying he didn’t know where Cena was, claimed to be Cena’s brother, “Ron Cena”. When Lesnar questioned this, Truth said they had the same dad but different mothers.

After the brief exchange, Lesnar, having grown tired of the conversation, hit R-Truth with his F5 finishing move. As he walked up the ramp to the back, Lesnar pointed out to a cameraman that he had ripped his pants during the segment. Scroll down to see the clip.

The attack on R-Truth apparently is the latest chapter in the buildup to the upcoming Wrestlepalooza premium live event, where Brock Lesnar is scheduled to face John Cena in a singles match. With this match now official, the card for the inaugural event is beginning to take shape with several major matches announced.
