Tonight’s (Sept. 12) episode of SmackDown kicked off with Brock Lesnar making his entrance, presumably to cut an in-ring promo on John Cena ahead of their match next weekend (Sept. 20) at Wrestlepalooza.
Before Lesnar could get a word out, he was interrupted by R-Truth. Truth did his usual rap entrance before confronting The Beast about all the disrespect he’s recently shown his childhood hero.
Lesnar didn’t even know who this guy was and asked for his name. Truth eventually settled on “Ron Cena,” which got a chant from the audience.
Brock went on to ask some logical questions about Truth’s age while trying to figure out how his claim of being John’s brother could possibly be true. But after Ron warned Brock that Super Cena was coming to beat his ass at Wrestlepalooza, it was time to end this nonsense. Lesnar made a joke about Ron missing a tooth before taking him out with an F5.
Brock actually split his pants on the move and had some fun talking about his blue underwear as he made his exit from the arena.
