Quick Hits on the Titans After Wednesday’s Practice

-Titans receiver Calvin Ridley wants to move on, and be better.

“I was frustrated, of course,” Ridley said of the season opener, when he was credited with three drops. “I practiced good, had a good camp. I expected to play good. … It was a bad game.”

“We have to be really good for (Cam Ward). He’s a really good player, and we have to be really good. We just have to make the plays for my boy.”

Ridley had four catches for 27 yards against the Broncos, but days later, he’s still upset about the drops.

“I was ready to play (again) that day,” Ridley said. “I didn’t expect to do that at all. At all. I just didn’t catch (the ball). … We hold ourselves to a high standard, and you just have to make the play.”

Ridley said the Rams have a solid defense.

“It’s a good defense – it’s the NFL,” Ridley said. “I am coming to make plays, though.”
