The San Francisco 49ers opened the 2025 regular season with a 17-13 victory over the Seattle Seahawks at Lumen Field. Behind a 95-yard scoring drive to start the game and a fourth-quarter touchdown from Brock Purdy to Jake Tonges, the 49ers battled through to secure the win. Rookie safety Marques Sigle made his first NFL start, while Nick Bosa sealed the game with a late sack and fumble recovery.
