Congratulations are in order!
All season long, Bachelor Nation has watched fan favorites chase love (and a $500,000 prize) under the Costa Rican sun. And tonight, viewers got to see how this one-of-a-kind season ended during the jaw-dropping “Bachelor in Paradise” Season 10 finale.
Alexe and Andrew won the final relationship test “Weight of the World,” which meant they earned a spot as one of the final two couples. Then, the “Parliament of Paradise,” made up of the former “Paradise” couples, voted for Jess and Spencer to be the other final couple.
Both couples then had the opportunity to split the prize money and get $250,000 each, but in an unexpected twist, Jesse Palmer revealed they must put their relationships to the test and choose either love or money.

After nervously waiting, Andrew and Alexe both decided to choose love and leave “Paradise” together. And to celebrate their love, Jesse let them take home a random portion of the prize money, which resulted in the two receiving $125,000.
Jess and Spencer also decided to choose love and got to take home $190,000 before getting engaged during a beautiful proposal!
Spencer got down on one knee and said, “Coming into ‘Paradise,’ as you know, it’s been years since I’ve loved someone and I really was starting to lose hope that that was in the cards for me. That was until the moment that I met you. There’s so many things that I love so much about you. Every room that you walk into is instantly brighter, you don’t know a stranger, you’re welcoming to everyone, and you always lead with honesty and what’s right even when it’s something that’s not easy to do.”

He continued, expressing, “I told you that I was falling in love with you knowing damn well that I was so in love with you. I am so in love with you and you let me know the same, and from day one, I knew it was you. And Jessica Taylor Edwards, would you make me the happiest man on the face of the planet, and would you marry me?”
Jess gave an enthusiastic “YES!” and Spencer slipped the stunning Neil Lane diamond ring on her finger. Jess exclaimed, “‘Paradise’ works and I could not be happier. Thank you, ‘Paradise’!”
Congratulations to our final two couples! We couldn’t be happier for these lovebirds and we’re wishing them all the best in this exciting next chapter.
