Samsung’s stable One UI 8 rollout with Android 16 should be starting any day now and, ahead of that, a bunch of new Galaxy phones have been updated to gain access to the beta program or get a revised version.
The One UI 8 beta program originally started with the Galaxy S25 series and, finally, added other devices last month. Samsung has committed to stable updates rolling out for some devices this month, but beta updates will be ongoing for a little while to come.
As of today, a few new devices are getting access to One UI 8, including:
- Galaxy S23
- Galaxy S23+
- Galaxy S23 Ultra
- Galaxy A36
- Galaxy A35
- Galaxy A55
- Galaxy A54
The updates are rolling out in regions such as India and South Korea and should be expanding to other regions very soon.
The big expansion suggests that remaining beta devices (such as Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Flip 5) should be added in the near future, and even more so that the first stable updates should be right around the corner.
