Proctor — the No. 49 overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft who signed a multi-year deal and could have a rookie role for the championship-contending Cavs — nearly led Cleveland to a stunning upset of the undefeated Sacramento Kings in the NBA Summer League tournament Wednesday afternoon.
