Neil Young Drops Scathing Protest Song Aimed Straight At Donald Trump

Rock legend Neil Young is ripping Donald Trump with a new song that explicitly blasts the president.

“There’s big crime in D.C. at the White House,” Young sings in the chorus of “Big Crime,” which he released Thursday on YouTube with his backing band, the Chrome Hearts.

Other lyrics also swipe at Trump, including “don’t need no fascist rules, don’t want no fascist schools, don’t want soldiers walking on the streets” and “got to get the fascists out, got to clean the White House out, don’t want soldiers on our streets.”

Trump’s signature “Make America Great Again” slogan is also flipped with Young’s repeated line of “No more great again.”

The track was recorded during a soundcheck before Young’s recent concert in Chicago.

Young, a longtime critic of Trump, has previously clashed with Trump over the unauthorized use of his music at campaign rallies and in 2020 reworked his 2006 song “Lookin’ for a Leader” to explicitly denounce the president.
